Pacific Wave Digital
Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms govern use of Local Language Lab, operated by Pacific Wave Digital in Port Vila, Vanuatu. By creating an account or publishing an assistant, you agree to them.
1. The service
Local Language Lab provides AI voice and video customer-service assistants, business-knowledge tools, hosted agent links and website widgets. Launch-pilot limits and available languages are shown in the service and may change as the platform develops.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the business information, instructions and websites connected to your assistant; for reviewing its answers before launch; and for giving callers legally required AI, recording and privacy notices. You must keep account and assistant credentials secure.
3. AI limitations
AI-generated answers can be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Do not use the service as the sole source for emergency, medical, legal, financial or other high-impact decisions. Configure clear boundaries and a human escalation path for important customer matters.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process and transmit it to our service providers to operate the product. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for any content, voice or likeness you upload.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, spam, deceptive impersonation, security attacks, collection of payment-card credentials, or content that infringes another person's rights. We may suspend access to protect customers or the platform.
6. Pilot accounts and paid service
Operator-managed pilots remain subject to their stated allowances. Company API generation uses prepaid US-dollar credit at the rates displayed in the developer guide and billing console. Top-ups of $50, $200 or $500 are processed by Global Digital Prime, Inc. through Stripe; they do not create a subscription or automatic recharge. Funds are reserved before requests and unused reservations are returned after usage confirmation. Live sessions include connected silence and video includes audio. Provider reconciliation can delay release of a video reservation. Contact billing support about refunds, disputed usage or an unresolved reservation. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Custom voices, extended context and managed integration work require a separate agreement.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Pacific Wave Digital's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending use and changes
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may update these terms with notice for material changes or suspend an account that breaches them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Vanuatu.
